摘要: Treatment of leukotriene A4 (LTA4) methyl ester with sodium hydroxide in aqueous methanol at 4 degrees C afforded LTA4, the presence which was inferred from UV spectrum compound, its rate reaction water, and identity hydration products obtained. The half-life LTA4 water (pH 7.4, room temperature) increased 14 to 500 s by 1 mg/ml bovine serum albumin. This stabilized (chiral) converted LTB4 an epoxide hydrolase activity 100,000 x g supernatant fraction sonified rat basophilic leukemia cells. Neither nor biologically incorrect enantiomer metabolized under these conditions.
