摘要: Organizational research on trust and distrust has focused mainly interpersonal relationships within organizations or impressions people have about specific companies. Less is known people's attitudes toward all corporations (ie, as institutions). This article describes a theory of corporations, how this attitude forms its study can contribute to organizational research. A corporate scale was developed shown favorable psychometric properties nomological validity. People who scored higher were general cynicism, organization-specific negative affectivity liberal political attitudes. Corporate correlated negatively with trust, positive human nature belief in just world. The suggests that the construct be used future beliefs
