摘要: The level of virus-neutralizing antibody, which plays a crucial role in the prevention rabies, is determined by rabies virus (RABV) neutralizing test, are time- and cost-consuming. In order to determine antibody vaccinees, an easy reliable method needed. Based on principle immunochromatography, we developed RAPINA (RAPId Neutralizing Antibody) test presence serum. if equivalent 0.5 IU/ml serum sample mixed with optimal amount inactivated RABV (iRABV) completely absorbed virus, none iRABV can bind monoclonal that recognizes glycoprotein (G) strip. A total 115 human sera samples were tested. sensitivity, specificity accuracy compared rapid fluorescent focus inhibition (RFFIT) as standard 88.7, 91.9 90.4%, respectively. simple, safe method, be substitute for tests use live viruses, cultured cells fluorescence microscopy. This might useful screening large number sera.
