摘要: The measurement of neutralizing antibodies induced by the glycoprotein rabies virus is indispensable for assessing level in animals or humans. A rapid fluorescent focus inhibition test (RFFIT) has been approved WHO and most widely used method to measure virus-neutralizing antibody content serum, but a system would be great value screen large numbers serum samples. To develop evaluate latex agglutination (LAT) measuring antibodies, recombinant was expressed an insect cell purified, protein coated onto beads at concentrations 0.1, 0.25, 0.5, 0.75, 1 mg/ml find out optimal concentration coating beads. It found that 0.5 beads, this sensitize screening dog Grading LAT results done with standard reference known titers. total 228 samples were tested, which 145 positive both RFFIT LAT, specificity 100 %. In RFFIT, 151 positive, sensitivity 96.03 %, accuracy/concordance 97.39 field test—a (LAT)—was developed evaluated assessment using system.
