摘要: The process of agglutination is commonly used for the detection biomarkers like proteins or viruses. multiple bindings between micrometer sized particles, either latex beads red blood cells (RBCs), create aggregates that are easily detectable and give qualitative information about presence biomarkers. In most cases, made by simple naked-eye observation agglutinates without any access to kinetics agglutination. this study, we address development a real-time time RBCs Using ABO typing as proof-of-concept, developed i) an integrated biological protocol suitable further use point-of-care (POC) analysis ii) two dedicated image processing algorithms quantitative measurement Anti-A anti-B reagents were dried inside microchannel passive microfluidic chip designed enhance capillary flow. A drop deposit at tip biochip established protocol. situ autologous was achieved means embedded real monitored video recording. training set 24 experiments, indicators based on correlation variance gray levels optimized then confirmed validation set. 100% correct discrimination positive negative agglutinations performed within less than 2min measuring evolution both indicators.
