摘要: The efficacy of proton decoupling for enhancing the 19F nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) signal-to-noise ratio and spectral resolution in intact subject is demonstrated. A geometrically orthogonal cross-coil antenna configuration (Helmholtz pair, surface coil) employed to provide 40 dB isolation between observe 1H decouple frequencies 188 200 MHz, respectively. Further achieved through use high-quality notch filters on both observation channels. Application 19F-(1H) NMR spectroscopy study 2-fluoro-2-deoxy-D-glucose metabolism cerebral tissue situ presented. Significant improvements sensitivity are obtained result from a collapse JFH multiple structure substantial positive Overhauser effect (NOE). To our knowledge, this first such demonstration conjunction with fluorinated compound living subject.
