摘要: Metabolomics is a founding pillar of quantitative biology and valuable tool for studying metabolism its regulation. Here we present workflow metabolomics in microplate format which affords high-throughput yet monitoring primary microorganisms particular yeast. First, the most critical step rapid sampling was adapted to multiplex by using fritted 96-well plates cultivation, ensure fast sample transfer permit us use well-established quenching cold solvents. Second, extensive optimization large-volume injection on GC/TOF instrument provided sensitivity necessary robust quantification 30 metabolites 0.6 mg yeast biomass.
