摘要: Soybean [Glycine max (L.) Merrill] and common bean (Phaseolus vulgaris L.) crops are of economical social importance in Brazil; their requirement for nitrogen can be supplied by the symbiosis with bacteria belonging to order Rhizobiales. However, guarantee maximization biological fixation, seeds must inoculated efficient competitive strains rhizobia recommended research. In 2001/2002, 14 million doses inoculant were sold Brazil, 99 % these soybean crops. this study taxonomic position used commercial inoculants both was evaluated sequencing DNA region that carries information 16S rRNA gene. Although variable, it codes enough allow a phylogenetic analysis bacteria. Sequencing determined two crop, SEMIA 587 SEMIA 5019 (= 29 w), belong Bradyrhizobium elkanii, while other, SEMIA 5079 (=CPAC 15) SEMIA 5080 (=CPAC 7), B. japonicum species. Strain SEMIA 4080 (=PRF 81), identified as member species Rhizobium tropici. The sequences included GenBank database National Center Biotechnology Information.
