摘要: Objective To examine the short- and long-term effect of clinical pathway for non-small cell lung cancer surgery on length stay, compliance quality indicators risk-adjusted post-operative complication rate. Design A retrospective quasi-experimental study from June 2011 to October 2015. Setting tertiary hospital in China. Participants Patients diagnosed as who underwent curative resection. Intervention(s) Clinical was implemented at January 2013. Hence, period divided into three periods: pre-pathway, December 2012; short-term period, 2013 2013; 2014 Main outcome measure(s) Three stay indicators, four process performance one indicator. Results ITS showed there a significant decline 2 days (P = 0.0421) total 2.23 0.0199) right after implementation pathway. Short-term level changes were found rate required number lymph node sampling (-8.08%, P 0.0392), (9.02%, 0.0001). There no statistically other care indicators. Conclusions The had positive impact but transient negative sampling.
