摘要: This study explores the relevance and implications of resource efficiency for five distinct, vitally important themes: energy, land, phosphorus, fresh water fish stocks. Natural resources underpin functioning both European global economy. They critically shape prospects current future quality life over coming decades. Key questions addressed in this are: What are impacts projected use up to 2050 which parts world will they be felt most? potential effects boosting different regions? Is policy intervention conceivable? How would such interventions interact with other not targeted; how does relate efforts mitigate climate change?
