摘要: Mobile devices have become increasingly popular in supporting persons to find their ways our daily lives. Research has been initiated address issues including the efficiency of wayfinding instructions and effect using mobile on spatial awareness cognitive mapping orientation. In this paper, we present initial work design map display that visualises distant landmarks at edge screen support Empirical assessments show visualisation landmarks, comparison with without contributes positively low sense direction be spatially oriented. Furthermore, dramatically reduces frequency zooming activity devices. Results indicate potentials challenges extending into routing services could further user's awareness.
