摘要: In this work we present an amorphous silicon/amorphous silicon carbide balanced photodiode structure suitable for differential photocurrent measurements in the ultraviolet (UV) and visible range. The device is a three-terminal constituted by two series-connected p-i-n photodiodes. takes advantage of measurement to reveal very small variations large background current signal. Application detection biomolecules based on use photosensors, can allow increase both dynamic range sensitivity measurement.
