摘要: Liquid nitrogen preservation in remote farms is a limitation. The goal of this study was to determine optimum temperature above freezing point for bovine spermatozoa using serum albumin (BSA) as supplementation. Pooled semen sample from three ejaculates subjected various BSA concentration (1, 4, 8 and 12 mg ml(-1)), before incubation different temperatures (4, 25 37 °C). Viability assessment carried out against time day 0 (fresh sample) until all become nonviable. Optimal condition storage at 4 °C with 1 ml(-1) almost 7 days. improved viability declining rate 44.28% 57.59% compared control, 80.54% 98.57% respectively. Increase did not improve sperm viability. Our results also confirmed that there strong negative correlation between media osmolarity survival r = 0.885, P < 0.0001. Bovine helps stored point.
