摘要: Supporting cell proliferation patterns were assessed in the three most posterior neuromasts of zebrafish larvae following treatment with 1000 μM cisplatin. Proliferation was upregulated 48 to 72 hours post-exposure, but survival internal supporting progeny low days after treatment. This finding may account for why hair regeneration is delayed or absent cisplatin administration. Copyright by Laura G. Street 2014
