摘要: Abstract Titania based ceramic is a good candidate for environmental sensing materials. Ion doping an effective method to improve the properties by modifying their microstructure and phase composition. By using differential thermal analysis X-ray diffraction methods, transformation behaviors of La 3+ /Ce -doped TiO 2 -15  wt% ZnO gels were studied so as modify decrease granularity crystals. Experimental results show that, anatase, rutile ZnTiO 3 nanocrystals can be tailored varying contents sintering temperatures. decreases temperature gel anatase forming phase, enhances in appearance Zn Ti O 8 interphase. With increases contents, rates , rutile, well crystals are reduced. Ultimately, action mechanism was discussed.
