摘要: ZnO–SiO2 nanocomposites were synthesized by ion implanting a Zn+ beam in silica slide and annealing oxidizing atmosphere at 800 °C. A detailed structural optical characterization was performed using glancing incidence x-ray diffraction, transmission electron microscopy combined with selected area diffraction energy dispersive spectrometry, absorption, photoluminescence spectroscopies. Samples obtained three different fluences the range 1–2×1017 ions/cm2 have been investigated. According to results, Zn crystalline nanoparticles found as-implanted Zn–SiO2 samples. The size of proportional implantation fluence. promotes total oxidation preferential migration toward surface sample along an opposite less pronounced diffusion bulk matrix. relatively strong excitonic peak from Z...
