摘要: Abstract Uniform ZnO nanoparticles (NPs) have been created by Zn ion implantation and post Xe irradiation. Irregularly shaped NPs with a broad size distribution of 5–30 nm tailored to spherical shape narrow 3–5 nm. The optical properties the modified clearly after Furthermore, Rutherford back-scattering spectrometry results give evidence that irradiation can cause diffusion reprecipitation NPs. present study shows interest using heavy tailor embedded in SiO 2 .
