摘要: In this study, extruded films of corn starch (CS) plasticized with coconut oil (CO) (as an alternative plasticizer to glycerol) in the presence Yucca schidigera extract (YSE) as a surfactant were investigated. It was observed that (CSF) lower concentration (15 wt%) CO showed better equilibrium mechanical properties, higher WVP (5.8 ± 0.2 × 10−9 g m−1 s−1 Pa−1) and percentage elongation (8 ± 0.5), Young modulus (99 ± 8 MPa) than those amount plasticizer. However, decrease (4.9 ± 0.2 × 10−9 g m−1 s−1 Pa−1), (61 ± 2 MPa) increase (13 ± 0.4). order describe viscoelastic properties before extrusion processes materials water suspensions after process CSF, rheological DMTA analysis performed, showing consistent behaviors for both samples.
