摘要: Avian erythroblastosis virus carries two distinct oncogenes erbA and erbB. The erbB protein which is homologous to the C-terminal half of epidermal growth factor receptor, also related src family oncogenic proteins transforms erythroblasts whereas potentiates effects by blocking differentiation at an immature sequence. We sequenced this “potentiatior”; deduced amino acid sequence polypeptide appeared clearly different from other known oncogene products was carbonic anhydrases. These enzymes play important role in transport carbon dioxide erythrocytes, precursors are main targets avian virus. Our results show that a src-related such as erbB, acting synergy with activated specific cell derived gene erbA, can profoundly affect early erythroid differentiation.
