摘要: With the emergence of electronic-commerce systems, successful information access on electroniccommerce web sites becomes essential. Menu-driven navigation and keyword search currently provided by most commercial have considerable limitations because they tend to overwhelm frustrate users with lengthy, rigid, ineffective interactions. To provide an efficient solution for access, we built NATURAL language ASSISTANT (NLA), a web-based natural dialog system help find relevant products sites. The brings together technologies in processing human-computer interaction create faster more intuitive way interacting By combining statistical parsing techniques traditional AI rule-based technology, created that accommodates both customer needs business requirements. is embedded application recommending laptops was deployed as pilot IBM's site.
