摘要: Dengue virus (DENV) is a mosquito-transmitted single stranded RNA belonging to genus Flavivirus. The endemic in the tropical and subtropical countries of world, causing diseases classified according symptoms severity (from mild severe) as dengue fever, hemorrhagic shock syndrome. Among variety human cell types targeted by DENV, monocytes, macrophages, dendritic cells are members innate immunity, capable mounting rapid inflammatory responses. These also major antigen presenting cells, responsible for activating adaptive immunity long-term memory. This paper an overview current understanding following mutually affected aspects: DENV structure, viral infectivity, cellular receptors, immune response, immunity.
