摘要: Persons abusing drugs attempt to adulterate urine specimens in order beat drug testing. Dilution of vivo by consuming excess fluid and various detoxifying agents available through the Internet is a common practice. Household chemicals such as bleach, acid, table salt, laundry detergent, toilet-bowl cleaner, vinegar, lemon juice, Visine® (Pfizer) eye drops are also used for adulterating specimens. Most these adulterants except Visine can be detected routine specimen integrity tests (creatinine, pH, temperature, specific gravity). However, certain adulterants, Klear™, Whizzies, Urine Luck™, Stealth™, cannot using These successfully mask testing if concentrations abused moderate. Several spot have been described literature detect presence urine. More recently, dipsticks commercially (AdultaCheck® 4 [Sciteck], Adulta-Check 6, Intect® 7 [Branan Medical Corporation]) detecting along with creatinine, gravity. Hair saliva gaining popularity because collected directly from person. Moreover, longer time hair. Recently, hair shampoo cleaning products become involving or
