摘要: Oral mucosa is a useful material for regeneration therapy with the advantages of its accessibility and versatility regardless age gender. However, little known about molecular characteristics oral mucosa. Here we report first comparative profiles gene signatures human fibroblasts (hOFs), dermal (hDFs), hOF-derived induced pluripotent stem cells (hOF-iPSCs), linking these biological roles by functional annotation pathway analyses. As common feature fibroblasts, both hOFs hDFs expressed glycolipid metabolism-related genes at higher levels compared hOF-iPSCs. Distinct included high expression glycoprotein genes, involved in signaling, extracellular matrix, membrane, receptor proteins, besides low HOX hDFs-markers. The results analyses indicated that tissue-reconstructive, proliferative, signaling pathways are active, whereas senescence-related p53 inactive hOFs. Furthermore, more than half hOF-specific were similarly to those hOF-iPSC might be controlled WNT signaling. Our findings demonstrated have unique cellular specificity plasticity. These data may provide insight into application direct reprograming.
