摘要: T-box 3 (Tbx3) is a member of the family genes. Mutations that result in haploinsufficiency TBX3 cause ulnar mammary syndrome humans characterized by gland hypoplasia as well other congenital defects. In mice, homozygous mutations are embryonic lethal, suggesting Tbx3 essential for embryo development. Studies mice have shown maintenance mouse stem cell (ESC) self-renewal and their differentiation into extraembryonic endoderm (ExEn). The role plays regulating human ESCs (hESCs) has not been explored. Since hESCs known to represent distinct pluripotent states, it important address hESC differentiation. Using overexpression knockdown strategies, we found promotes proliferation possibly repressing expression both NFκBIB p14(ARF) , cycle regulators. During differentiation, resulted decreased neural rosette formation neuroepithelial neuroectoderm markers (PAX6, LHX2, FOXG1, RAX). Taken together, our data suggest reveal an unrecognized novel promoting Our results roles ESCs.
