摘要: The presence of myocardial noncompaction (NC), regardless the criterion used, does not identify cardiomyopathy per se. distinction between a morphological variant and an NC is challenging. However, thanks to larger cohorts patients longer periods follow-up, better clinical characterization prognostic evaluation are becoming available. Indeed, physician required integrate evidence with history patient, which supplemented by necessary advanced instrumental investigations before definite diagnosis can be made. Therefore, we extensively revised current literature in order help clinicians features pivotal supporting diagnostic element for correct recognition Left ventricular thus highlighting difference form mere intraventricular hypertrabeculation.
