摘要: In 1995, the Veterans Health Administration (VHA) initiated most radical redesign of veterans health care system since was formally created in 1946. One goals this reengineering effort has been to ensure consistent and predictable provision high-quality everywhere system. To accomplish goal, VHA organized more than 100 different quality improvement activities according a structure-, process-, outcomes-focused management accountability framework (QMAF) that targets 10 interrelated dimensions (QM).
