摘要: The authors analyzed changes in access to and use of mental health services by minorities the Veterans Health Administration during a period major system change (1995-2001). Blacks had poorer outpatient than Whites this change, but were not further disadvantaged over time, their care improved relative on some measures. For Hispanics, there was trend toward greater inequality delivery care. These results suggest need monitor address differential impact service delivery.
