摘要: Changes in the functional and biochemical characteristics of membrane receptors for vasoactive intestinal peptide (VIP) were evaluated vitro, using epithelial cells isolated during rat development, from day 17 gestation to adulthood. These included cell cAMP generation, adenylate cyclase cAMP-dependent phosphodiesterase cAMP-PDE activities, [125I]VIP-binding capacity, molecular components sites. In 19-day-old fetuses, VIP induced a significant persistent increase production, which lasted 10 min cells.
