摘要: Vasoactive Intestinal Peptide (VIP) neurons are maturing during suckling and weaning periods the neuropeptide VIP is thought to be neurotrophic ontogenesis. We have previously demonstrated that rats with myenteric ablation significantly higher mitotic index an increase on villus height crypt depth 15 days after treatment. In current study, we measured area of submucous plexus in ileum weanling rats, which were ablated by serosal application benzalkonium chloride (BAC). The immunoreactive cell bodies, reconstructed under confocal microscope, was increased response denervation.
