摘要: We have quantified neurotransmitter changes in the rat jejunum which myenteric neurons were ablated by serosal application of benzalkonium chloride. Within 2 days after chloride treatment, there was a 40% reduction activity choline acetyltransferase, specific marker for cholinergic neurons, and 25% amount vasoactive intestinal peptide per centimeter length jejunum.
