摘要: Objective We aimed to observe hair follicle (HF) development in the dorsal skin and elucidate expression patterns of genes proteins related HF Rex rabbits from birth 8 weeks age. Methods Whole-skin samples were obtained backs at 0, 2, 4, 6, age, morphological primary secondary HFs was observed, gene transcript levels insulin-like growth factor-I (IGF-I), epidermal factor (EGF), bone morphogenetic protein 2 (BMP2), transforming β-1, 3 (TGFβ-1, TGFβ-2, TGFβ-3) examined using quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction (PCR). Additionally, Wnt family member 10b (Wnt10b) β-Catenin by PCR western blot, respectively. Results The results showed significant changes differentiation during their first life. IGF-I, EGF, TGFβ-3 significantly lower age than gradually increased thereafter, while BMP2 TGFβ-1 higher those decreased thereafter. also affected Wnt10b level not. However, β-catenin lowest 4 Conclusion Our data that a series occurred weeks. Many genes, such as BMP2, TGFβ-1, TGFβ-3, β-Catenin, participated this process,
