摘要: Abstract The biological activity of guinea pig insulin was determined to be between 1 and 3 i.u. per mg when measured in vitro using isolated rat tissues vivo by mouse convulsion. However, assayed blood glucose lowering the pig, has a potency 8.5 9.0 mg. low not due more rapid degradation tissues. dose-response relationship epididymal fat cell assay showed that had an intrinsic comparable bovine insulin, but reduced affinity for tissue receptor sites.
