摘要: Abstract A method is described for the preparation of homogeneous insulin from pancreatic tissue guinea pig. The amino acid composition this and separated S-sulfonated chains demonstrated that primary structure molecule was intact. Guinea pig sedimented as a monomer in analytical ultracentrifugation, even presence equimolar zinc ion. Ultraviolet absorbance difference spectrophotometry showed certain hydrogen bonds which may be involved stabilizing monomer, possibly hexameric aggregate, crystalline bovine or porcine not exist insulin. reason failure to dimerize related replacement B-22 arginine by aspartic acid.
