摘要: Abstract Guinea pig (GP) pancreatic polypeptide (PP) has been purified from an acid-alcohol extract of 6 GP pancreata by a series 3 HLPC steps. The sequence for PP as compared with that beef and human is shown: A P L E V Y G D T Q MA M R I N ML Beef Human In single pancreas weighing 2.4 g the total content was 1.0 nmol glucagon 61 nmol; in dog 35 385 81 nmol. relatively low consistent fact lacks ventral pancreas, region which found highest concentration. high reported earlier studies.
