摘要: Long noncoding RNAs (lncRNAs) are a new class of that participate in variety biological processes such as cell proliferation, cycle, differentiation and apoptosis, mainly by regulation gene expression at various levels, including chromatin, splicing, transcriptional post-transcriptional levels. CCAT1 is recently identified oncogenic lncRNA, which has been reported to be consistently upregulated multiple cancer tissues closely correlated with initiation progression cancers.
