摘要: Abstract Glass microscope slides treated with 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane (AAS) provide superior tissue adhesion of paraffin and frozen section material less background reaction than white glue, albumen, chrome-gelatin, or poly-L-lysine coated slides. These are easy inexpensive to prepare (The J Histotechnol 12:123, 1989).
