摘要: In order to determine the reasons for pollen sterility in lily hybrids, four diploid sterile Oriental x Trumpet (OT) cultivars ('Nymph', 'Gluhwein', 'Yelloween', and 'Shocking') were used investigate meiotic chromosome behaviors mother cells (PMCs), using genomic situ hybridization conventional cytological methods. At metaphase I, associations quite variable, not only among different genotypes but also PMCs of same genotype. addition bivalents, a certain amount univalent, trivalents, quadrivalents observed all investigated genotypes. addition, ring octavalents hexavalents 'Nymph'. Even dodecavalents These abnormal at I implied occurrence interchanges (translocation) these intersectional hybrids. anaphase-telophase, large number laggard chromosomes kinds bridge configurations observed. tetrad stage, micronuclei polyads found many PMCs. All responsible
