摘要: Objective To investigate the MRI findings of massive ovarian edema in pregnancy. Conclusions Asymmetric enlargement with a teardrop configuration and T2 hyperintensity or without T1 appear characteristic pregnancy, potentially facilitating nonoperative diagnosis expectant management. These support concept that pregnancy reflects chronic partial torsion.
