摘要: Sixteen pregnant patients with pelvic masses detected ultrasound (US) were studied magnetic resonance (MR) imaging at 0.35 T. Two in their first trimester, eight the second, and six last. On MR images, 34 seen, including 19 uterine leiomyomas. With US, 20 detected. All not seen US Only (in 11 patients) removed for histologic study. In nine cases, provided similar information on origin, extent, type of mass. seven patients, contributed additional information. depicted more leiomyomas than three patients. another case, images showed that a mass was actually loop bowel. allowed differentiation between solid soft-tissue hemorrhagic fluid-containing mass, correctly presence an abdominal pregnancy, evaluation parametrium spread cervical carcinoma.
