Psychological climate: A comparison of organizational and individual level referents

摘要: Psychological climate is defined as individual employee perceptions of their work environment. This study advances our understanding the psychological construct by addressing a generally ignored issue frame reference through measuring with an organizational referent (PCo) and (PCi). PCo reflects environment in general; whereas, PCi own experiences within organization. found that a) there are mean level differences between two types climate, b) uniquely predict job satisfaction, c) discrepancy to relate satisfaction.
