摘要: Ageing is a major risk factor for developing many neurodegenerative diseases. Cellular senescence homeostatic biological process that has key role in driving ageing. There evidence senescent cells accumulate the nervous system with ageing and disease may predispose person to appearance of condition or aggravate its course.
