摘要: Purpose To investigate changes in protein profiles of posterior sclera guinea pigs during development form deprivation myopia and recovery. Methods Three groups (developing myopia, recovering from the normal control) were evaluated for using two-dimensional gel electrophoresis. Protein spots with a different intensity at least threefold among 3 further identified mass spectrometry. Key proteins associated ocular growth (crystallins) examined mRNA levels RT-PCR. Results Moderate was induced 7 weeks monocular then more gradually recovered toward previous refractive status 4 days after re-exposure eye to visual conditions. The profile all similar both deprived recovery eyes but distinct between either 2 experimental control eyes. Twenty-six 33 differentially expressed eyes, respectively, compared In contrast, number only 5. Among subtypes crystallins, βB2-crystallin down-regulated βA4-crystallin upregulated trend expression βA3/A1-crystallin also However, αA-crystallin while itself down-regulated. A inconsistency βA3/A1-, βA4-, βB2-crystallins occurred Conclusions Proteomic analysis provides useful survey whose change subsequent particular, crystallins changed crystallin consistent that stage form-deprivation (FDM). most mismatched stage.
