摘要: Abstract This paper brings under one cover the subject of aircraft braking performance and a variety related phenomena that lead to hydroplaning, overruns, loss directional control. Complex processes involving tire deformation, slipping, fluid pressures in tire-runway contact area develop friction forces for retarding aircraft; this describes physics these processes. The reviews past present research efforts concludes most effective way combat hazards associated with landings takeoffs on contaminated runways is by measuring displaying realtime parameters cockpit.
