摘要: Purpose – In a replication of multi-source study by Xu et al., the authors examined whether leader-member exchange (LMX) mediates relationship between abusive supervision and employee work behaviors, more specifically task performance, organizational citizenship behaviors toward organization (OCBO), other individuals (OCBI).
