摘要: The aim of this study was to compare a fiber composite laminate (FCL) post core and conventional cast system by using two different methods. first method fracture strength test, the second finite elemental stress-analysis (FEM). For 20 extracted, human upper, central incisors were used. teeth decoronated, treated endodontically, restored with systems. After embedding samples in resin blocks, loading force applied at crosshead speed 5 mm/min an angle 45 degrees long axis tooth. data recorded, results compared Mann-Whitney U test. There no statistically significant difference between systems (p > 0.05). FEM analysis, pseudo three-dimensional model maxillary incisor, theoretically either or FCL, analysis performed structural program (SAP90). showed that stress accumulated within system, transmission supportive structures tooth low. This is advantage for supporting tissues. When FCL evaluated FEM, indicated transferred while accumulation restoration but disadvantage
