摘要: Abstract Introduction To assess the frequency and significance of presence liver pancreas at left renal vein (LRV) level in patients with suspected nutcracker syndrome (NCS). Materials methods We included 101 hematuria who underwent urography three-dimensional CT between April 2009 November 2013. These were divided into NCS ( n = 25) non-NCS = 76) according to following criteria: (1) beak sign (2) hilar-aortomesenteric diameter ratio >4. Patients grouped LRV: group LP (both pancreas), L (only liver), P O (neither nor pancreas). The difference frequencies groups was analyzed patients. Multivariate analysis used determine independent factors Results LP, L, P, vs. 88% 5.3% p = 0.75), 4.0% 11.8% = 0.45), 80.3% = 0.022), an factor for (odds ratio, 43.8; 95% confidence interval, 3.8–500.3; Conclusion LRV frequently found NCS.
