摘要: Background: The suppression of cancer cell growth and invasion has become a challenging clinical issue. In this study, we used nanotechnology to create new drug delivery system enhance the efficacy existing drugs. We developed layered double hydroxide by combing Au nanosol (LDH@Au) characterized compound prove its function as agent. anti-cancer Doxorubicin was loaded into carrier assess quality. combination apoptosis assays, cycle tissue distribution studies, endocytosis, transwell immunoblotting evaluate characteristics LDH@Au system. Results: Our results show that LDH@Au-Dox treatment significantly increased inhibited compared control Dox group. Additionally, our data indicate better target efficiency at tumor site improved following: cellular uptake, anti-angiogenesis action, changes in cycle, caspase pathway activation. Conclusions: findings suggest nano is promising agent potential applications.
