摘要: Abstract Danofloxacin is a fluoroquinolone developed for use in veterinary medicine. Its concentrations and pharmacokinetic profile plasma, milk tissues of lactating dairy cows were determined, its withdrawal time (WT) calculated. Twenty-one received single subcutaneous administration 18% mesylate danofloxacin salt (6 mg kg−1). Plasma samples obtained at different times until 48 h. Groups three animals sacrificed post-administration tissue (mammary gland, uterus, duodenum, jejunum, ileum, colon mesenteric lymph nodes) obtained. determined by liquid chromatography with fluorescence detection. The WT was calculated the Time to Safe Concentration method (Software WTM 1.4, EMEA). rapidly absorbed distribution from plasma all sampled extensive. Milk several above those found plasma. area under curve (AUCp) 9.69 μg h mL−1 elimination half life ( T β 1/2 ) 12.53 h. AUC values various greatly exceeded AUCp. ranged between 4.57 21.91 h 73.48 h. reported results support potential treatment mastitis other infections 3 days withdrawal.
