摘要: Infection with Neospora caninum is regarded as a significant cause of abortion in cattle. Despite the economic impact this infection, relatively little known about biology parasite. In study, mini and microsatellite DNAs were detected genome N. eight loci identified that each contained repetitive DNA which was polymorphic among different isolates A multiplex PCR assay developed for detection genetic variation within based on length polymorphism associated three markers. The utility demonstrated it able to distinguish amongst strains used either vaccine or challenge animal vaccination experiments could genotype naturally acquired infections animals. simple, rapid, informative sensitive should provide valuable tool further studies epidemiology host species.
