摘要: A large amount of renewable energy sources and electric vehicles will be integrated into future electricity distribution transmission systems. New flexibility services from network are needed to manage the related challenges. This paper proposes a local flexible capacity market (LFCM) in providing system-wide for (TSO) system operators (DSO). The TSO DSO play role buyers, whereas prosumers connected sellers. LFCM consists three stages. At first stage, offers sellers matched with bids buyers aiming maximize social welfare all participants. second accepted capacities checked by not violate constraints network. third stage accepts based on results previous stage. chosen case study demonstrate that resources can help control voltage periods congestion. Besides, owners obtain revenues selling while improving supply reliability.
